The Hospital and Specialty Optometrists Conference will be held on 8-9 November.
The Association of Optometrists (AOP), in partnership with headline sponsor Bausch + Lomb, will deliver the Hospital and Specialty Optometrists Conference in London from 8-9 November 2025.
The two-day conference will offer face-to-face education opportunities and networking for hospital and community specialty optometrists.
The conference is designed to bring together practitioners from across hospital optometry, providing extensive education tailored to meet their needs. The programme will offer new insights and best practices for the benefit of patient care.
Delegates can expect to learn from industry experts through keynote lectures, engage in peer reviews, participate in interactive clinical workshops, and explore the latest advancements and solutions in clinical practice.
Dr Ian Beasley, AOP Head of Education, said: “We are proud to offer an education programme that spans a broad range of clinical topics, catering to varying interests and experience levels. The comprehensive content will serve advanced practitioners while providing opportunities for those looking to consolidate or acquire new skills in key areas of subspecialty.”
The conference programme has been curated to focus on four key streams of content, including, anterior eye, contact lenses, glaucoma, and medical retina.
Delegates have the flexibility to book sessions across several streams or focus on a particular clinical subspecialty that aligns with their area of clinical interest.
Delegates can gain up to 18 interactive CPD points over the two-day event.
